All Inclusive Arts
From age 2 through Grade 12, Canterbury students have every opportunity to experience the arts in a variety of ways. From vocal and instrumental music to drama and dance to visual art and photography, fine arts courses are an important part of the school curriculum.

Every Student Makes the Team
At Canterbury, every student makes the team. The interscholastic sports program encourages individual participation and achievement by giving every student an opportunity to learn and play sports competitively. This policy of inclusion is at the core of Canterbury athletics.

A Community of Philanthropy
As an independent school, we design our own programs and curriculum and operate without reliance on local, state or federal taxes. Canterbury School relies on tuition income, Canterbury Fund contributions, endowment income and other fundraising activities to support our thriving college preparatory environment.

Endowed Gifts

Each year, donors provide endowment gifts to help secure Canterbury’s financial future while endowing a favorite program or honoring a loved one's memory. The principal of each endowed gift is preserved while its earnings provide annual support and moderate the pressure on tuition in future years.
