Volunteer Driving Form

Get involved in the Canterbury community by volunteering to drive students to and from school-sponsored events!

Parent volunteers are need to help transport students to various events, including field studies, fine arts performances, school trips or athletic events.

This form should be complete annually for those who want to continue driving students. To comply with the school's insurance company guidelines, Canterbury School needs to verify that you have your own auto insurance and have a driver's license in good standing. Your auto insurance provides coverage for your exposure. The school's auto insurance is secondary to your insurance and only provides coverage for the school.
