Dress Code

At Canterbury School, we believe uniforms and dress codes help create an appropriate academic climate.

Standards of neatness and modesty in clothing encourage an atmosphere conducive to learning, work and discipline. And, pride in one’s school and oneself is, in part, influenced by appearance. The cooperation of parents and students in adhering to the letter and the spirit of the code is both expected and appreciated.

That's why all students in Kindergarten-Prep through Grade 8 wear a daily uniform, and High School students have a dress code.
