Homecoming 2021

The parking lot outside of Canterbury High School was bustling. Some were in line for Kona Ice, while others were getting their faces painted. Canterbury High School students collected donations to support two mental health nonprofits: REDgen and Mental Health Alliance of Northeast Indiana. It was the perfect way to wrap up Spirit Week after five days of dressing up for themes like Beach Day, Decades Day, and Sports Day. Even more perfect was the 2-0 victory the boys’ soccer team that night.

Festivities continued on Saturday with the Canterbury Invitational, welcoming soccer, tennis, and volleyball teams to campus. Meanwhile, hundreds of Canterbury families gathered on the graduation lawn for the Fall Family Picnic, where screams of joy could be heard from the littlest Cavaliers meeting Princess Jasmine, to the screams of older Cavaliers falling into the dunk tank.

Earlier in the week, Canterbury alumni and their Canterbury children gathered for the Second Generation Luncheon, a cherished Canterbury tradition.

Each activity and event contributed to our sense of community and spirit for our beloved Canterbury School.
