Dear Canterbury Community,
Earlier today, Governor Holcomb ordered all schools – including non-public schools – to be closed until May 1.
Pursuant to this order, the campuses of Canterbury School will remain closed until May 4. We will resume online instruction on April 6. All extracurriculars (including arts and athletics), school events, and field trips scheduled for the month of April will be postponed or cancelled, depending on the logistical requirements of each event. We will work on those details over the next several weeks, and communicate with you as that information becomes available. I am so sorry for the disruption and dismay that these decisions may cause for many of you.
We do need to be prepared that this date may need to be revised further, if circumstances dictate, to extend remote learning through the remainder of the academic year.
I will send an additional email shortly regarding our planning for extending our remote learning processes and procedures through the month of April.
