Please note: Parents of current Early Childhood students should complete this form to select their child's preferred class placement in Cavaliers or Junior Kindergarten for the 2025-26 academic year.  All requests will be handled in the order in which they were received.

The form will be available for submission on October 1, 2024 at noon.
