Every Parent is a Member

Welcome to a new year at Canterbury School. As parents of Canterbury students, and automatic members of the Parent Association, we have a unique opportunity to participate in activities that create indelible memories for our children.

Parent Association volunteers assist teachers and administrators throughout the school year and are the lifeblood of the Canterbury experience. Parent Association events provide an opportunity to engage directly in our children’s education and to meet other parents in a fun and relaxed setting. Without the time and talents of parent volunteers, providing these treasured experiences for our children would not be possible. Canterbury cherishes and appreciates the involvement of every parent who helps to enrich our unique academic environment.

Please review the Volunteer Selection Form with an eye towards participating in at least one event. Opportunities to volunteer abound, no matter what your schedule. Forms may be completed online by clicking on the Volunteer Opportunities link on the left. Feel free to contact any member of the Steering Committee directly to learn more about a particular event. The Parent Association meets in open session during the school year at the dates and times listed to the right. I encourage you to join us to expand and improve our discussions.
