Welcome New Parents! Please check the forms and document links to the right. As it is nearing the end of the school year, we are adding forms to prepare for 2013-2014 on a daily basis. Please bookmark this page and check back frequently.
First, please send an email to the school Webmaster with parent names and student name/grade so your Parent Center logins can be activated. It helps if each parent has a separate email account. If you only have one, that is fine. Once the Webmaster has the accounts set-up, you will receive your password to login and instructions.
There are many options on the site through the secure Parent Center. This is a private section of the site accessible only to our current families. In the Parent Center you will find the parent and student directory, weekly newsletter entries, forms and photo galleries. You may also set-up your own profile page, customize your calendar depending on the activities in which your child participates, and follow your favorite Canterbury sports teams.
Several mailings go out to parents over the summer with forms, lists and letters regarding the new school year. You will receive mailings through the post office and via email. The largest mailing is called the "August Mailing." We have begun to transition this mailing - some items are still sent as hard copies via regular mail, while others will only be available online. You can access many of the hard copy items in advance online. This is also a resource for families coming into the school mid-year.
The new Parent & Student Handbooks for each division will be available online mid July.
This Weekly Newsletter is sent home via email to all families rather than through the regular mail due to the cost, environmental concerns, workload and slow mail delivery. Grandparents and students are also welcome to subscribe. The newsletter will begin arriving late August and continues until the first week in June. The news items from the Weekly Newsletter also appear in the secure Parent Center and under the main "Parents" tab.
The website has online calendars for All School, athletics and arts. You may also customize your calendar by division or sports team. We also have a PDF of the days off and conferences to help you plan your vacations: All School Calendar 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 (next year's) Calendar
