Aaron Koa '21 has been at Canterbury School for five years. In Grade 10, he decided to try something different and signed up to take a photography class.

Q: Why did you decide to take photography?
Aaron: I took photography in sophomore year because I knew nothing about the subject and thought it could be interesting.

Q: What do you love most about photography?
Aaron:
There's a lot of freedom with what you're allowed to do. It's fun to mess around with friends and take pictures.

Q: Tell me about Mr. Perfect and what kind of a teacher he is.
Aaron:
I like how easygoing his class is. He tells us it's essential that we find time do other things besides just schoolwork which I think the class helps us do.

Q: Tell me about taking photos at the snowball fight.
Aaron:
In a year where there haven't been as many typical school events because of the need to socially distance, it was a nice break to be able to play in the snow.

Below are some of Koa's photos from the snowball fight.
