Not any more. Now SMART Boards take the classroom to a whole new level. Don’t know what a SMART Board is? Come to technology Night and find out. There’s one in almost every classroom, and your children and their teachers use it. But SMART Boards are not the only advanced technology. Come to Technology Night to see the rest! Check out your child’s division or all divisions to see what is new. Remember to tour the Middle School gym which will be full of Lower and Middle School Science Fair projects. Technology at Canterbury is more than learning how to type on a computer keyboard. It is key to a 21st century education. We are finding ways to connect advances in technology and programs to our students’ every day learning. Come and see what your children are growing up with and how it is becoming integrated into almost every aspect of the curriculum. Their school experience includes SMART Boards, robotics, Power Point, digital photography and movies, word processing, computer graphics, music composition, Web casts, e-mail, layout and design, programming, Internet research, Web site design and a whole lot more.
