August 30 is one of the biggest sports rivalries of the season for both our girls and boys varsity soccer teams, and we play at home: Canterbury vs. Homestead. The HS Houses will host a Tailgate for families in all school divisions, which includes brats, burgers and hotdogs on the grill, desserts and more for purchase. The Tailgate proceeds will benefit the HS House Service Projects planned for this year. The Tailgate, located on the HS back patio, runs from about halftime of the girls varsity soccer game to the beginning of the boys game, 5:30 to 7 p.m. The Tailgate is a great way to give families with younger children the opportunity to experience their first soccer game. Come cheer on your favorite HS soccer players.
