Two weeks ago, I was sitting on my couch, somewhat lethargic and at a loss for what to do. I had just finished AP’s, turned in final papers, and had come to the end of four, long years of academics, and though there were still some things to do for college and graduation, I just wanted to sit down and do nothing. So I did, and as I was chilling, I tried to think of a movie I hadn’t seen. It occurred to me that I hadn’t seen Hoosiers. Now, I’m an avid movie-fan, have lived in Indiana for seven years, and have loved basketball as far back as I can remember, so the fact that I hadn’t seen Hoosiers was a crime on several levels. It was a travesty! So I mustered up all my energy to get in my car and drive a whole mile-and-a-half to the nearby public library in a valiant effort to get the movie. And as luck would have it, they had a copy, so I went home and watched it.
